This website is owned and operated by Jeremy David Doromal Bonnin, trading as Utah Valley Foam. Utah Valley Foam is a trading name and not a separate legal entity, is not a licensed contractor, and holds no contractor licence in Utah or any other state. The operator is based in the Netherlands. In these terms, the Operator means Jeremy David Doromal Bonnin, and you means the person using this website. Because Utah Valley Foam is a trading name rather than a legal person, every right and obligation in these terms belongs to the Operator.
What this website does
This website publishes general information about spray foam insulation in Utah County, and offers a phone number you can call to be connected with an independent insulation provider serving the area. That is the whole of what it does.
What this website does not do
Utah Valley Foam does not install insulation, remove insulation, inspect buildings, prepare quotes, hire crews, hold materials, or carry out any construction trade. It employs no installers and owns no equipment. It does not act as a general contractor, a subcontractor, a broker or a project manager on any job.
About the independent providers
If a provider is attached to this website, a request you make may be passed to one independent insulation provider so that provider can contact you. That provider is a separate business. It is not owned by, employed by, controlled by, or in partnership with Utah Valley Foam, and no agency, joint venture or franchise relationship exists between them.
Utah Valley Foam does not vet, endorse, recommend, certify or guarantee any provider. It does not verify a provider’s licence, insurance, bonding, workmanship, pricing, safety record or timeliness, and it makes no representation that any provider is suitable for your project. Any contract for work is between you and that provider alone. Utah Valley Foam is not a party to it and has no obligation under it.
Before you hire anyone for construction work in Utah, verify their licence yourself with the Utah Division of Professional Licensing, ask for proof of current liability insurance and workers compensation, and get the scope and price in writing. Do this whether or not you found the contractor through this website.
