Privacy Notice

Utah Valley Foam is an independent lead generation and referral website, not an insulation contractor. This notice explains what information the site collects, why, who it may be shared with, and how to ask for it to be deleted. It applies to utahvalleyfoam.com.

Last updated: 6 August 2026.

Who operates this website

This website is owned and operated by Jeremy David Doromal Bonnin, trading as Utah Valley Foam. Utah Valley Foam is not a separate legal entity and is not a licensed contractor. The operator is based in the Netherlands. For privacy questions or requests, contact utahvalleyfoam@gmail.com.

What is collected

Phone calls. Calls to the number on this site reach a voicemail. The voicemail is recorded and stored by our telephone provider. Call records include the time of the call, the number dialled, the call status and its duration.

Online estimate requests. The estimate form is currently unavailable. When it is in use it collects a name, phone number, city and project description.

Website use. No analytics or advertising tracking is running on this site at present. If that changes, this notice will be updated before it is switched on, and the section below describes the limits that would apply.

Why it is collected

To respond to enquiries about insulation work and, where a provider is available, to pass the request to one independent insulation provider serving the area. Call and site records are also used in aggregate to understand how many people contact the site.

The legal basis for using your information

The operator of this website is based in the Netherlands, so the General Data Protection Regulation applies to this website’s handling of personal information, wherever in the world you are.

Answering your enquiry. When you call the number on this site or send an estimate request, that information is used to respond to you and, where a provider is attached, to pass your request to one independent insulation provider. The legal basis is legitimate interests, specifically the mutual interest in connecting a person asking about insulation work with a business that performs it. You can object to this at any time using the contact address below.

Keeping records of contact. Call records and message logs are kept as described below. The legal basis is legitimate interests, specifically keeping an accurate record of who contacted the site and being able to resolve a dispute about it.

Analytics. No analytics is running on this site at present. If it is switched on, the notice will be updated first, and the basis will be either legitimate interests for aggregate counting with no cookies and no personal profiles, or your consent where the law requires consent.

Who it is shared with

No provider is currently attached to this website, so a request made today is not passed to anyone. When a provider is available, a request may be shared with one independent insulation provider so that provider can contact you about your project. Requests are never distributed to multiple providers and never sold to data brokers or used for unrelated marketing.

A participating provider pays Utah Valley Foam a fixed monthly fee to use this website. That fee is not per enquiry. Homeowners are never charged by Utah Valley Foam.

Independent providers are not employees of Utah Valley Foam and are not vetted, screened or certified by us. Each provider is responsible for its own licensing, insurance, qualifications, pricing, warranties and workmanship.

Service providers

  • Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions.
  • Twilio provides the telephone number and stores voicemail recordings and call records.

These providers process information on our behalf. They may store it outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.

Where your information is sent

The service providers used by this website are based in the United States, so information handled by them is stored and processed in the United States. That applies to the telephone provider that receives calls and stores voicemail, and to the hosting provider that serves this website and receives estimate form submissions.

Transfers to those providers are made under the safeguards in the data processing agreements the operator has in place with them, which is the mechanism the GDPR requires for sending personal information outside the European Economic Area. You can ask for details of those safeguards using the contact address below.

How long it is kept

  • Voicemail recordings: up to 30 days
  • Call records: up to 90 days
  • Form submissions: up to 90 days
  • Aggregate website statistics, if enabled: up to 90 days

Information is deleted when its retention period expires, whether or not it was reviewed or used, unless a documented legal obligation requires keeping it longer.

Call recording

Calls reach a voicemail that records your message. If you do not want your message recorded, hang up before leaving one and do not use the voicemail. Please give only what is needed to describe the building and the work. There is no need to mention health, financial or other sensitive details, and you should not do so. Recordings are stored by our telephone provider, are used only to understand and respond to the enquiry, and are deleted within the period above.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers. If website analytics are introduced, they will be configured to store no cookies or identifiers on your device, to record no names, phone numbers, email addresses, cities or project descriptions, and to make no session recordings.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email utahvalleyfoam@gmail.com and say what you are asking for. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and United States state privacy laws.

Text messages are never sent from this website or by providers using it. Contact is by phone, or by email if you emailed first.

Your rights over your information

You have the following rights over personal information this website holds about you. They apply whether you are in the European Union or elsewhere, because they follow the operator rather than the visitor.

  • Access. Ask for a copy of what is held about you.
  • Correction. Ask for anything inaccurate to be corrected.
  • Erasure. Ask for it to be deleted.
  • Restriction. Ask that it be kept but not used, while a dispute about it is resolved.
  • Objection. Object to it being used on the basis of legitimate interests, including the uses described above.
  • Portability. Ask for a copy in a machine readable format, where that right applies.

To use any of these rights, email utahvalleyfoam@gmail.com. You will get an answer within one month. If a request is unusually complex, that period can be extended by up to two further months, which the GDPR permits, and you will be told inside the first month if that happens and why. There is no charge. You may be asked for enough information to confirm which calls or messages are yours, and that information will be used only to answer your request.

How to complain

If you are not satisfied with how a request was handled, you can complain to the data protection authority in the country where the operator is established, which is the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. You can also complain to the authority in the European Union country where you live or work.

Complaining to a regulator does not stop you raising the matter directly, and raising it directly first is usually faster.

Security

Access to enquiries and recordings is limited to the operator and, where applicable, the one provider the request is passed to. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and no absolute guarantee of security can be given.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes affecting how information is shared will be made here before they take effect.
