Every city on this list shares the same climate zone 5 conditions: winters below freezing, hot dry summers, and housing stock that ranges from 1950s Provo bungalows to brand new Lehi builds insulated to the bare code minimum. Our services are the same everywhere in the valley: closed cell and open cell spray foam, attic insulation, crawl space insulation, and insulation removal.
Bench or Valley Floor Changes the Answer
Utah County sits in climate zone 5B, but the higher benches fall into 6B, and that changes what the code requires and what we recommend. A home in Edgemont, Alpine, Cedar Hills, or up on Traverse Mountain is colder, windier, and more exposed than a home on the valley floor a few miles away.

Utah County is the focus. Coverage is Utah County, not Salt Lake County or Park City. Staying inside one valley is what lets us spec foam depth for these specific conditions rather than a national average.
Does where I live in the valley change what insulation I need?
It can. Utah County is climate zone 5B, but the higher benches fall into 6B, which is colder. Homes on north facing bench lots see the worst of the ice damming. The prescriptive attic target is R-49 either way, and the difference shows up in how much air sealing the house actually needs.
Do you insulate new construction as well as existing homes?
Both. On new construction we work from the plans and the code targets before drywall goes up. On existing homes we start with what is already in the attic or crawl space, and whether any of it needs removal first.
